Mann-Whitney test for associated sequences

Let {X ₁, ...,X _m } and {Y ₁, ...,Y _n } be two samples independent of each other, but the random variables within each sample are stationary associated with one dimensional marginal distribution functionsF andG, respectively. We study the properties of the classical Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney statistic for testing for stochastic dominance in the above set up.

1955年Herstein将著名的Jacobson定理推广为:定理A.如果对R中任意x,y,存在可依赖于x,y的整系数多项式p(t),使[x-x2p(x),y]=0,则R是交换的.本文利用多项式的系数和定义了n元多项式,f(x1,x2…,xn)的Fk性质,并以此证明了一个环的交换性定理,当n=1时,即得到定理A.

An existence theorem of positive solution is established for a nonlinear third-order three-point boundary value problem. Here, we concentrated on the case that the nonlinear term is neither superlinear nor sublinear, and is not asymptotic at zero and infinity.     

New characterizations of Hajlasz-Sobolev spaces on metric spaces

This paper introduces the fractional Sobolev spaces on spaces of homogeneous type,includingmetric spaces and fractals. These Sobolev spaces include the well-known Hajfasz-Sobolev spaces as specialmodels.The author establishes varions chaaracterizations of(sharp)maximal functions for these spaces.Asapplications,the author identifies the fractional Sobolev spaces with some Lipscitz-type spaces.Moreover;some embedding theorems are also given.

A Generalization of the Hilbert Basis Theorem

A generalization of the Hilbert basis theorem in the geometric setting is proposed. It asserts that, for any well-describable (in a certain sense) family of polynomials, there exists a number C such that if P is an everywhere dense (in a certain sense) subfamily of this family, a is an arbitrary point, and the first C polynomials in any sequence from P vanish at the point a, then all polynomials from P vanish at a.     

一类非齐次A-调和方程组很弱解的性质

该文应用Hodge分解定理，得到了非齐次A—调和方程组-Di(A^ij(x,Du)) Difj(i(x)=0,j=1,…，m的很弱解是弱解，进一步，利用Morrey空间法与Campanato空间法以及齐次化方法，作者得出了该方程的很弱解是局部Hoelder连续的，并且得出了Hoelder连续指数μ与λ之间的多值函数关系式．     

On the Existence of Solutions to Vector Quasivariational Inequalities and Quasicomplementarity Problems with Applications Break to Traffic Network Equilibria

For vector quasivariational inequalities involving multifunctions in topological vector spaces, an existence result is obtained without a monotonicity assumption and with a convergence assumption weaker than semicontinuity. A new type of quasivariational inequality is proposed. Applications to quasicomplementarity problems and traffic network equilibria are considered. In particular, definitions of weak and strong Wardrop equilibria are introduced for the case of multivalued cost functions.     

Limit theorems for partially hyperbolic systems

We consider a large class of partially hyperbolic systems containing, among others, affine maps, frame flows on negatively curved manifolds, and mostly contracting diffeomorphisms. If the rate of mixing is sufficiently high, the system satisfies many classical limit theorems of probability theory.
